All 32 kids at Semillas de Amor were treated to a wonderful day at the Children’s Museum in Guatemala City and lunch at Pizza Hut last Friday.  Our sponsors were the Gardener Family and Gracie P., from Massachusetts. Gracie celebrated her 11th birthday by asking for donations to Semillas de Amor for a field trip for the kids rather than gifts for herself.  Thank you to both of our thoughtful donors and to Amy at Sonrisa International for facilitating Gracie’s donation.  Our children had an amazing time.  This trip was a first with all thirty two children and could not have been more fun for everyone including our teachers.
